- View work requests,
evaluating open issues to ensure all work is completed and closed as requested
- Manage audio, video, graphics,
mobile, and multimedia work.
- Resolve operational
issues escalated by lead engineers.
- Escalate technical and
operational issues to appropriate channels.
- Serve as the point of
contact for international clients with questions or concerns.
- Evaluate and plan large
registration initiatives/projects (i.e. new distribution partners, redelivery

- Work with the Operations
Director to regularly review the performance of lead engineers, engineers, and

relationship with Engineering, Asset Support and Media Technology departments

- Serve as a key stakeholder
on all systems and operational projects.
- Manage, monitor, and
build workflows within the workflow tracking system.
- Compile and gather
metrics for all workflow processes monthly.
2 years of experience engineering/editing/post production and/or a degree from
an accredited media engineering school with appropriate training certification.
5 years of experience managing people, multiple direct reports preferred
5 years of experience in Customer service, sales, or marketing preferred.
Management experience or training preferred.
- Must be
extremely detail oriented and focused

knowledge of media quality attributes
knowledge of digital compression formats/techniques

Asset Management Applications and processes
(Filezilla, Fetch, etc)
